GREAT FACILITIES, UNIQUE ATMOSPHERE, AND INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE
At Berštejn Castle, you will feel comfortable and relaxed. You will have access to restaurants, a fireplace lounge, a gentlemen’s salon, seminar rooms and lounges, as well as a large conference hall. But you don’t have to confine your work program indoors. Here, you have the opportunity to move some of your activities to the terrace and the enchanting Waldstein Garden, directly adjacent to the castle. Here, you can organize team-building activities or even host a golf tournament for business partners or a tennis exhibition on Wimbledon-style grass, adding a unique touch to your event.
Your guests will be accommodated in lovely castle rooms and apartments and can enjoy culinary delights and carefully prepared meals by our excellent chef, Karel Sloup. In addition to classic menus, he also prepares special dietary, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menus upon request.
After a demanding workday, guests can relax in the sauna, take a swim in the outdoor pool, or engage in activities such as tennis, golf, volleyball, boules, table tennis, billiards, chess, and many more. In the evening, guests can enjoy barbecue on the castle terrace and, upon request, indulge in a wine or beer tasting from the nearby brewery or our own castle honey, accompanied by music in the fireplace lounge.
A BIT OF ADRENALINE FOR THE ADVENTUROUS
If you’re staying with us for several days, you can add additional unusual experiences for your participants, such as archery, target shooting, horseback riding, or sport fishing in the pond, where with a bit of luck, you might catch a huge sturgeon! Explore the surroundings by bike and visit Bezděz or Houska. For adrenaline activities, you can visit the rope parks at Macha Lake or Autodrom Sosnová.

ALTERNATIVE THERAPY (NOT JUST FOR STRESS)
You can also try morning QiGong led by the castle lady, a health exercise and movement meditation combined. And if you’re eager to try something unconventional, we can arrange a tour of our castle apiary and introduce you to apitherapy, a healing method that utilizes the beneficial properties of bee products. Honey massages can also be booked, as well as gift packages of castle honey to take home.
